Fighting DIPG- Thank goodness!

Ava says YEAH!!!

It was a very big day for us!  Ava had her PET scan yesterday and today we received the results.  Her doctor thinks the new "spot" is something called a meningioma and not progression.  Thank goodness!!

Ava will need surgery to remove this and it will need to biopsied to confirm what it is.  This is not a normal occurrence and we feel very blessed that it is something that they can take care of and she can remain in the clinical trial.

We thank you so much for your prayers and thank GOD that he answered them!
